The “2+1” promotion is addressed to customers who subscribe to the www.cristalchem.com mailing database and agree to receive special promotional offers by e-mail.

The promotion mechanism is as follows: Buy 3 identical products in the same grammage and you will pay only for 2. You will receive the third product for free from us. The discount will be applied automatically to the shopping cart and the value of one product will be deducted from the total order. If the shopping cart has not deducted the value of one of the products, it means that you have not complied with the terms of the promotion.

Remember: If you want to take advantage of the promotion, you must choose 3 identical products in the same grammage and only then you will be awarded one product for free as a deduction of its value from the total order.

Only the following products and their basis weight are eligible for the promotion:

Remember that the promotions on the store cannot be combined. This means that if you choose 3 identical products in the same grammage, the basket will grant you the discount assigned to this promotion but will not accept any other additional discount code.

3. What is the duration of the Promotion?

The duration of the promotion is determined by the organizer and it is always specified in the mailing campaign sent on the day of the promotional campaign

4. Can I return or exchange products purchased in the Promotion?

All returns should be reported within 14 days from the date of the end of the promotion to the e-mail address: [email protected] .

Refunds for the “2 + 1” promotion are valid only for the entire order. Part of the products cannot be returned because their price has been changed in accordance with the promotion mechanism.
