14 DAY RETURNS POLICY
Each order can be returned within 14 business days.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Before returning any item, please contact customer service by email at [email protected].
Please notify us about your return in advance so that we can provide you with the appropriate return reference number under which your return will be processed and monitored. Our support team will be happy to assist you.
The item must be returned in the condition in which it was received – unopened and sealed.
The Buyer covers the costs of returning the product.
The return request should be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. Within the following 7 days, the product should be sent to the return address provided below.
After inspection of the returned shipment, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Each returned parcel must have a valid tracking number allowing the shipment to be tracked throughout the entire delivery process. The tracking number serves as confirmation that the parcel has been returned and forms the basis for processing a refund.
Parcels sent without a tracking number are returned at the Buyer’s own risk. If the parcel is lost or damaged during transport, the Company accepts no responsibility and no refund will be issued.

Unfortunately, products that have been opened are non-refundable.
