Regulations for the promotion „BIG PACK”

These regulations specify the terms of the “BIG PACK” promotion (“Promotion”) carried out in the online store https://cristalchem.com

The organizer of the Promotion is CCEU Sp. z o. o. with headquarters in Poznań (60-102), ul. Ostatnia 45, PL.

  1. What are the rules of the Promotion?

The “BIG PACK” campaign is addressed to all customers of the online store: https://cristalchem.com

The promotion mechanism is as follows:

On May 10-12, 2023, discounted prices apply. Every customer who visits our website these days can make a purchase and order their favorite products at special prices.

The following products and their basis weight are included in the promotion:

Benzocaine Mesh: 500g, 1000g, 5000g.

Benzocaine Fluffy: 500g, 1000g, 5000g

REMEMBER: For products that will have a special price on May 10-12, you will not be able to take advantage of additional discounts or rebate codes, because the promotions cannot be combined with each other.

REMEMBER: You will be able to use a discount code for other products from our offer, as well as a discount basket for the store.

  1. What is the duration of the Promotion?

The duration of the promotion is determined by the organizer and it is always specified in the mailing campaign sent on the day of the promotional campaign

  1. Can I return or exchange products purchased in the Promotion?

All returns should be reported within 14 days from the date of the end of the promotion to the e-mail address: [email protected] .

  1. How to make a complaint regarding the rules of the Promotion?

All complaints related to the promotion should be submitted within 14 days from the date of the end of the promotion by e-mail to the following address: [email protected]

REMEMBER: The duration of the promotion is determined by a special clock posted on the store on May 10-12, 2023. It will countdown to the end of the promotion and thus bring the prices back to their normal levels.

REMEMBER: For products that will have a special price on May 10-12, 2023, you will not be able to take advantage of additional discounts or rebate codes, because the promotions cannot be combined with each other.
