Regulations for the promotion „ADDED”

These regulations specify the terms of the “ADDED” promotion (“Promotion”) carried out in the online store https://cristalchem.com

 

  1. Who is the Promoter?

The organizer of the Promotion is CCEU Sp. z o. o. with headquarters in Poznań (60-102), ul. Ostatnia 45, PL.

  1. What are the rules of the Promotion?

The “ADDED” promotion is addressed to customers who subscribe to the www.cristalchem.com mailing database and agree to receive special promotional offers by e-mail.

The promotion mechanism is as follows:

Buy one of the products subject to promotion, use the code: ADDED and we will send you a special gift in the form of the same product but in a lower weight completely for FREE.

See what gift you can get when buying a given grammage:

BUY 5000g – You get 1000g  for FREE !!!

BUY 1000g – You get 250g for FREE !!!

BUY 500g – You get 112g for FREE !!!

BUY 250g – You get 56g for FREE !!!

REMEMBER: If you buy two, three or more products that are eligible for the promotion, you will receive the same number of special gifts according to the number of products purchased.

Only the following products and their basis weight are eligible for the promotion:

Benzocaine Mesh – (5000g, 1000g, 500g, 250g)

Benzocaine Fluffy – (5000g, 1000g, 500g, 250g)

Other products from the offer of the www.cristalchem.com store do not take part in the promotion.

Remember: If you want to receive a special gift from us, you must purchase one of the products indicated by us and you will receive exactly the gift we indicate. The purchase of a product other than the one designated for the promotion will not be rewarded with a special gift.

  1. What is the duration of the Promotion?

The duration of the promotion is determined by the organizer and it is always specified in the mailing campaign sent on the day of the promotional campaign

  1. Can I return or exchange products purchased in the Promotion?

All returns should be reported within 14 days from the date of the end of the promotion to the e-mail address: [email protected] .

Please note that due to the specificity of our products, the returned products cannot show any signs of opening the packaging and must be returned in the same condition as at the time of receipt. More on this topic can be found in the tab: Returns policy.

Refunds for the “ADDED” promotion are valid only for the entire order. Part of the products cannot be returned because their price has been changed in accordance with the promotion mechanism.

  1. How to make a complaint regarding the rules of the Promotion?

All complaints related to the promotion should be submitted within 14 days from the date of the end of the promotion by e-mail to the following address: [email protected]

  1. What else should I know about the rules of the Promotion?

Remember: Discount codes cannot be combined and if you want to use the code: ADDED, you will not be able to select a discount from the cart or enter another discount code.

Remember: If you buy a product that is not eligible for the promotion, you will not receive a free gift.

Remember: If you do not use the ADDED discount code but purchase a product that is included in the promotion, you will not receive any gift. You must enter the code and then our system will notice that you are entitled to a special gift.
